A dental implant is an artificial dental root inserted in the upper or lower maxillary bone that replaces one or more missing teeth to support a dental prosthesis (crown, bridge).
It is the optimal, most comfortable and minimally invasive solution in the restoration of the edentation.

Zirconia is the newest and most durable dental material available on the market, five times more resistant than traditional porcelain restorations.
In addition to being durable, it also has a white colour and transparency, as natural teeth do, making it a very aesthetic material. Because it lacks internal metal structure, light passes through it and is reflected similar to the natural tooth, which is very important for frontal teeth restorations.
Read about them at Zirconia Restorations.
Ceramic dental veneers are the most conservative solution in correcting front teeth aesthetic problems.
A veneer is a thin foil made of fine porcelain, made using the CAD-CAM System technology, which is bonded on the outside surface of the tooth using cement or light-curing adhesive composite, changing it's shape, appearance, length or position.

Professional bleaching, contrary to rumors, does not affect dental health. It penetrates enamel only for a few tens of microns deep, removing from it the elements that give the yellowish color, remineralizing it after in the new color.
The procedure can be performed in the dentist's office by applying a gel on the surface of the teeth and letting it work for half an hour or at home, the patient wearing two bleach gels once a day for several days. The difference between the whitening done in the office and the one performed at home is the much shorter time of the one in the dental office (one hour session).
You can find aftercare instructions on Teeth Bleaching page.
Sealing is a method of preventing dental caries, used both in pedodontics (pediatric dentistry) and in general adult dentistry. It is usually indicated on teeth not affected by caries.
It consists of applying a very thin layer of fluid composite (dental sealant) on the chewing surface of the teeth in grooves and fissures, but also on the lingual and vestibular surfaces. Smoothing the relief of the teeth reduces the risk of cavities, the food residues having no place to stay and nourish the karyogenic batteries.

A denture is a mobilizable replacement for missing teeth and surrounding soft tissue. There are two types: partial and total and can be of several types of materials: acrylate, flexiplast, biodentaplast, polyan, skeleton etc.
In the case of the first contact with a mobilizable dental prosthesis, be it an acrylic or flexible (flexiplast), it is generally recommended to wear as long as possible until the next appointment. It is normal for the prosthesis to initially embarrass and press certain areas, where ulcers (decubitus lesions) may occur.
